About Roland Brown

“I have a passion for people and an old school work ethic. I come by both honestly. My parents liked people – all kinds of people. My dad believed he could be a voice for people and he was – as a state legislator, a prosecutor and as a lawyer for folks with troubles. Baylor Law School gave me the education I needed, and for years it was my privilege to try cases alongside my dad. Since I hung out my own shingle over three decades ago, I’ve been helping people – people like you – to get through their legal difficulties.

I’ve been assisted in these efforts by my long time membership and involvement with the Texas Trial Lawyers organization. Its Listserve benefits my clients as I access the constant flow of information shared by approximately 1000 members of the Listserve.

I am licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans. I am a member of the State Bar of Texas and of the Hays County Bar Association. I speak at legal seminars and meetings. I have authored numerous legal articles. I wrote for the Bay01lor Law Review and am member of the Baylor Law Review Association. I was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence “Conflicts of Law” award.

As important as my education, experience, affiliations are, it is my passion for people, work ethic and a drive to succeed that are the qualities I believe mean the most to my clients.
